Hi beautilish geeks!
I'm in need of an advice!
I'm gonna cut my hair... SHORT. Well actually I have already cut it short, but my haircut is very annoying, so I'm going for even shorter. It a big big step in my hair life and I wanted some advice! I have a long face, with a pretty defined lower-jaw... Any idea/advice?? please please!
Hugs

The cut is called an A-bob (long in the front, short in the back). What type of cut do you currently have? I've almost always had short hair.

Have you tried using a styling paste/wax? When my bangs were longer it always held it in place without looking stiff like hairspray.

Yeah, I've tried, but it doesn't really work... Well, it's better than hairspray, but it's not enough. Actually the haidresser cut it well, but some of my hair of the bang are naturally on the other side of my face. It's not even the hair, it's like... my hair should be on the right side of my face, whereas because of the bang it is on the left. Which means: I have my bang in my eyes all the time because it doesn't want to stick on the left...

(sorry, I'm not sure what I'm saying is clear...)

It totally makes sense, the hair dresser cut it parted on the wrong side. What styling paste are you using?

Sarah F.
Yes, exactly, but it was to late to tell her when I figured it out...
I'm using... the "L'Oréal Studio Indestructible" one.

I have the wax from that line and it's not that great for holding power. My favourite pastes are Lanza's Urban Molding Paste or D:fi Extreme Extreme Hold Styling Cream. They're great because they have strong hold and wash out easily. Unfortunately, I have yet to find a drug store version that I like.

Yeah... I'll try to find one of those and if I don't just try an other one. That's a shame bcause I love the way the L'Oreal one smells haha
Thanks Heather!!
