So I have an acrylic brush that I have only used like twice, and I have a wheel with fruit art in it.....I was wondering if it would be okay to do a give away with those two items even though they are used? Plus how would I go about deciding the winner?

I think it would be fine. It's no different than swapping, and if people aren't interested, they simply won't enter to win.  =)

I created a give away just for the wheel. I am going to let people comment on my profile about the most beautiful moment in their life, then the one that stands out the most will be the winner. I posted it in the introduce yourself section if you want to inter, thank you for the advice though!
