Falsies Mascara

So, when this mascara first came out it was super hyped and I got it of course! But it was sooo wet and runny that it made all my lashes stick together. A friend of mine said the same thing. I DO prefer thicker formulas, but everyone seems to love this Falsies stuff. Should I give it another chance?

For me personally, I didn't like the mascara at all. I really clumped my lashes and I really disliked the brush. I'm just sticking with my CoverGirl Lashblast volume haha

With Falsies it seems like people either love it or hate it! Personally, I really like it! It was fine for me from the first time I opened the bottle and used it, but some people say that it works better for them after it dries out a little bit.

I personalty liked the falsies mascara how ever I really don't like tarantula eyes so with every mascara I comb through right after applying with a spooly brush to avoid clumps.

WHAAAAAAAAAAT????????!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE tarantula eyes!!! LOL, jk. Yeah, I like the Rimmel mascara in the pink tube...can't remember what it's called but that's a good one too, though you have to scrape it off cause a LOT of product comes out on the brush. And I used Lashblast all through highschool, love that stuff!

Everyone has different lashes so mascaras work differently with everyone. I love falsies mascara, it works so well for me but I had this same thing happen to me with voluminous. It just doesn't work with my lashes but everyone is in love with it. Keep looking, you will find your holy grail! :)

I personally love it, they did come out with a new version of that mascara the 'flared' one which I actually like much better then the original falsies, perhaps give that one a try?

I have to be honest with you, it did the exact same thing for me when I bought it and this may seem like a cheap thing to say but pump it like mad. It'll really mix the formula well. And it'll do what everyone says is bad... Dry it out. But because it's so runny, this is exactly what needs to be done. After about 1 week or 2 weeks, it's the best mascara ever!

i bought it since i heard all kinds of wonderful things....but i DONT like it at all!! it makes my lashes stick together and gives them a kind of wet look. the formula itself smells awful...i am extremely disappointed in falsies.

Maybe I will try to dry it out just so I don't have to throw it away! And I did also notice a smell, which I cannot stand when mascaras smell like burnt plastic! But you know, it is not as bad as that big yellow tube - I think it is maybelline volume express but don't quote me. THAT ONE smells so strong!! Maybe I will go back to my Revlon grow luscious! Thanks for the info :)

Hey ladies, I saw this post about the 'falsies mascara' and thought I might throw in my opinion. I have used both the waterproof and regular formula and find it to be VERY clumpy. My roommate, on the other hand who has naturally long and thick lashes (so jealous of her!!) loves it. Because she loves it so much I have retried it on numerous occasions and always get the same results: CLUMPS and flakes on my face after about an hour of wearing it. In my opinion Loreal Carbon Black Voluminous is still the way to go. It's a great staple mascara that will both lengthen and add volume to my short lashes.

I really like The Falsies! It's one of the two mascaras that I've tried that keeps my eyelashes curled up nicely - the other one being Buxom Lash Mascara. The Falsies really keep my stubborn eyelashes curled, instead of weighing them down and having them back to pointing straight down. It does get clumpy sometimes, but I still like it a lot.

it has it's pros & cons.
it clumps up very badly if you use more than one coat. i only use one over another mascara and it works fine. but i also made the mistake of not taking off my makeup at night when i used it and my eyelashes clumped so badly together they were falling off!
other than that, using it to just emphasize your lashes over another favorite mascara is fine. and it's not too expensive so its not a big loss.

i liked it but a first i was like this stuff sucks but i ended loving it i have the blab one and the brown black one too i use two coats if i want them super think and for my for some reason my lashes dont stick when i use it. but i do like it and use it everyday.
