So a couple days ago, I over heard 2 girls talking about how the lady next to them had too much make up on and how she looked "fake". Personally, I thought she looked beautiful! I really hate it when girls bring down other girls and hate on one another.

Im 100% sure we all use make up to cover our flaws, but for some people, they think that people wear makeup to hide their face.

Personally, I don't agree with that. I think it's the other way around. Our flaws is what covers our beauty, NOT the makeup. The way I see it, makeup is what brings OUT our beauty and reveal whats hidden underneath our flaws. Makeup enhances our features. So if you happen to wear "too much" makeup, don't even trip!..and if other girls are hating, keep smiling because when your haters see you smile, it kills them! ;)

So what's your opinion on wearing "too much" makeup?

Well it depends on the age. To me when I think girls I think teenagers and preteens not young women in their 20s. So too much makeup on girls to me are girls who look like they're drag queens in training. I love my drag queens but there is a time and place for that much makeup as well as an age. I think that the best time to experiment with makeup is when you're in your 20s because by the time you enter your 30s you skin starts to change and by the time you enter your 40s your skin has radically changed from a decade before. When you're in your teens it's fun to learn and play with makeup BUT not to go out in public looking like you're ready to hit the bar.

I'm 37 and frankly many of the looks I see young women like Leesha and Jen do I wouldn't do on myself because it would look too heavy. Those same looks I wouldn't like to see on a girl (preteen or young teen) unless it was for an event.

But that's just my opinion. I prefer to see girls fresh faced since they'll soon reach an age where they'll be missing that soft, firm skin they had as a teen.
