Glycerin and Rosewater! 1 Part Glycerin, 1 Part Rosewater, and 2 Parts Distilled Water! Easy peasy! I use rosewater as a toner sometimes, and Glycerin is great when you get dry patches of skin.

Yea! What Andrew Said! lol I actually would use 3 parts water to 1 part glycerin if you don't have the rosewater, but if your dry you can do the 2 parts water instead!
