Hi,
I really want to start building my portfolio by doing some unpaid freelance work but I need a kit & to be honest I dont know where to start.
which kit should I buy? and where?
I'm planning to do some face painting & some high fashion makeup.
So I need colours, glitter & the essentials...
I'm in a tight budget at the moment but I want good quality makeup.
What kits have you guys bought?
( I live in london, UK)

A really talented makeup artist here, Jordan, posted on this thread and shows his makeup kit: http://www.beautylish.com/t/vvrzr/foundation-kits-best-of-the-best#c-imscgz. It's amazing!

I love Jordan's breakdown of his kit, but I also understand if you're just starting out, you might want to check out options. (Jordan's kit is straight up organized makeup porn though!)
Check out www.inmykit.com - they have high and low-end product suggestions that are widely used in the industry. I have a lot of their suggestions from both high and low-end products and NONE of them have disappointed me ever! Hope that helps!
