Hi everyone!
I've recently started taking collagen (in the form of a drink) after reading up on positive reviews. I'm on my third bottle of Kinohimitsu J'pan Beauty Drink, and I don't know if it's the placebo effect, but I find my skin much more softer to the touch, and perhaps a tad smoother!
Anyway, just wondering if any of you beauties have tried taking collagen orally, whether in the form of drinks or collagen powder (Meiji Amino Collagen Powder is apparently quite a hit and was featured on an episode of Oprah)? Japanese women swear by this and I have to say most of them look absolutely flawless.
Any thoughts or experiences?

I don't mean to disgust you, but do you know what collagen is made out of? I'm sorry to say this, but you are more likely ingesting a product made of cattle intestines. I'm not sure if that bothers you, but I'm just stating the truth (learned this from my Domestic Animal Biology Course).

Hi Rose, the one on the product I take states that it's fish collagen.
