Not sure what your current routine is, but you may be stripping your skin. Often times when people focus on the oily bits, the rest of the skin suffers.

Go into Lush, and tell them about your skin problems. Their natural ingredients are great for your skin, their products are affordable and the staff have all been trained and taught about the ingredients and their benefits, so they know what they're talking about. They could recommend a cleanser, toner, moisturiser, mask or a technique, either way you will learn something :)
