Hey everyone, I use this in my treatment room, it knocks out redness and irritation instantly!
Using a coffee grinder, blend oatmeal into a fine powder until it's the consistency of flour. Use the powder to soothe your skin from sunburn, dryness, eczema, bug bites or any other skin irritation.
-Use it as a mask by mixing it with water.
-Add it to your bath and soak in it for 15-20 minutes. (It will make your tub more slippery than usual so be careful getting in and out!)
It will cost you about $1!!!
Much love!!

oooh i wanna try this soon i have pretty perfect skin (only two tiny 'pimple' bumps on my hair line) excepting this one red patch of irritated skin on the apple of my cheek! It's so frustrating, and sometimes its even flaky. Not crazy flaky, but still annoying flaky.
