hi i need learn use lip liner because my lips is to small

Don't use lip liner to draw outside of your actual lips! The texture of the skin on your face and the skin of your lips is totally different and that trick looks really obvious. Instead, try using a plumping lip gloss, or a normal lip gloss in just the center of your lips.

I agree! Also, try Make Up For Ever's invisible lip liner perfector to draw around your lips so colors don't feather and bleed! That stuff is magic!
