I would love to know if anyone has done the most famous spicy lemonade concoction to lose the impurities and toxins in the body and weight in about 7-14 days. Give me your advice, feel free to let me know details on the the days in between the week of how you and your body felt. Was it hard to keep up without any food? How did you start to go back on solid food? Is it worth doing? Is it safe to do every month or every other month? Im dying to hear your thoughts and opinions. Thanks!!

My cousin did it and it works but is it healthy? She was miserable the first week. I need solids.

Short term... I guess it's a means to an end, but lemonade and spicy on an empty stomach is just BEGGING for an ulcer or acid reflux.
Many people fast for non-dietary (religious) reasons, and they do well... But that doesn't mean they don't tire easily or get grumpy from not eating! It's definitely not for everyone, and it's personal choice. Also, when people fast, they aren't drinking spicy/sour concoctions, so I'm sure it's not as bad as this particular diet.
I had a friend that did it and she had the runs the entire time with gas... She wasn't very pleasant to be around either! Lol...

I also had a friend that did it and she was so miserable I think she lasted about 4 days before she broke down and gave up. I don't blame her while it may be a way to cleanse your body I don't think its worth it.

Ha, anything that is some fancy fad diet~ is a crash diet and it's a disaster waiting to happen. If you want to lose weight, do it the old fashioned way and it'll stay off more than doing some crash diet that'll give you weight again in a little while.
