I recently ordered the ottlite makeup mirror, I should be receiving it today. When I get it I'll tell you how it is! I have an ottlite craft lamp that I love, that's why I ordered this particular mirror.

Just got it! So far I love it, the light is very bright, and it's white light, so it's just as good as doing your makeup in daylight, if not better. It's nice and large and sturdy, seems like it's well made. It only has one light setting, but that's fine with me.
By coincidence, I also have a Conair makeup mirror. Not the 3 paneled version, the TM8L Ill, but other than the extra mirrors it's basically the same thing. The light is bright, but it's very yellow. My makeup looks fine when I do it with the Conair mirror, but It looks much different when I see it in natural light, not bad, just different, because the light gives everything a yellow tint. I also find the different light settings on this mirror completely useless. Why would I want to do my makeup in dim light? If it looks good in bright lighting it will look good in any lighting.
So I highly recommend the Ottlite mirror! Ottlite makes great quality products in general. I've had my craft light for 6 years and with regular use I've never had to change the bulb.

I got the black one, because for some reason it was on sale on amazon. It is expensive so I was glad to get some kind of discount. :)
