I never use to tight line my lash line but now I can't do my makeup without doing it.

Yes, I love tightlining! Even if I'm wearing no other makeup I will always put mascara on and tightline. It can make a lot of difference! I just dip my pencil eyeliner into my gel eyeliner and do it that way.

Andrew I do that trick a lot! But i usually do it the opposite way haha, tightline and then close my eyes and let it transfer to my waterline. :)

Tightline is that "line" on your upper eye lid. Sorta like the "waterline" on your lower eye lid.
I never used to, until I came here and I saw someone's video on how to apply all eyeliners, and I saw her tightline. And I thought to myself, I never thought of that before.
Tried it myself, and it does make a HUGE difference. And I never looked back.

I do cuz really a difference, ur lashes appear fuller :D a plus to tightline...
though for me is so hard to do it, I feel like I'm pocking my eye out, but thats just me lol.
and what I use is a NYX eye pencil in black is creamy so glids on easy I just apply a few coat and it doesn't smudge at all <3

every time i do my waterline i tightline. even if it does wear off a bit due to moisture it will stay in, and right under, the lashes making them look fuller and eyes more open.

I tightline sometimes but it tickles like crazy!!!! Lol how do you get used to that feeling? I use any black eyeliner pencil I grab. Lol its usually rimmel or urban decay 24/7 glide on pencil. <3

Yes, I love tight lining! It really makes a difference in your eyes. Tight lining + mascara and I'm good to go for the day! I use Make Up For Ever's aqua eyes.

I HATE the way tightlining feels. But wow, does it complete the look!
I do both the stamp method & the pencil method. Sometimes I'll even use black powder up there when I'm setting my waterline so the 'water' up there wont ruin the powder on my lower line. I find that it does make a difference.
I've been tightlining since 6th grade & for some reason a lot of girls in middle school always told me NOT to do it & that you're not suppose to. It's obviously ok to do, but I wonder where they got that from. O.o

I love tight lining my eyes, makes my lashes look so good! The bobbi brown long-wear gel eyeliner is the best! it stays there all day and doesn't transfer to your water liner! (:

I never used to do it but I tried it once and never looked back. Although it tickles so much that I sometimes blink so hard, I manage to catch the pencil. Looks like I got stabbed in the eyeball. I use either B&C Water Strong Creamy Eye Pencil or MUFE Aqua Eyes.

i only tightline when i do liquid liner on my upper lash line. i use a pencil because i dont want to irritate my eyes removing it at the end of the day. the pencil just wears off by the time i'm ready to take my make up off!

Yes, I tightline (with the help of a mascara shield and a good magnifying mirror). I'm currentyly looking for a very pigmented black with slver glitter eyeliner in pot for tightlining.

I love the look, but on me it always runs. Even with a waterproof liner, I think it's a combination of watery eyes & moist eyelids.

Iv always 'tightlined' since i started doing my makeup when i wad about 12. I never realised there was a name for it till i came on here. I only did it because if i did my makeup and then could see the skin colour under my lashes it just looked like i hadnt finished. I quickly realised it was a good way to make lashes look fuller cos i hated the cheap clumpy mascara that the other girls used to wear when i was in school.
