Recommends on best/cheap face mask to get rid of white heads/black heads etc?

Hey I recommend using the black head removal cream by Clearisal, or anything by Clearisal. Works fast and I visibly saw a difference in a few days! Prices range from $10 - $14 Goodluck

What took out my stubborn blackheads was this mask called Indian Healing Clay with equal parts of apple cider vingar. Both are super cheap (can get both for under $10). I picked mine up at Vitamin Shoppe. Makes for a great spot treatment or an all over treatment....it REALLY cleans out your pores. And afterwards apply a non-active moisturizer overnight.
