I am in need of cleaning my brushes and I have ran out of baby shampoo, and just can't afford to use my MAC brush cleanser for a deep clean!
Has anybody used antibacterial hand wash, and how did it work?
Or, any other ideas? Thank you! (:

I just use dish soap with olive oil. Leaves my brushes soft and clean. I especially like combining the apple scented dish soap with the olive oil cause it leaves a great scent

I've used antibacterial hand wash in the past. Worked just as well. (I always condition my large brushes with hair conditioner)

I use washing-up liquid, oil and warm water too, I find it's especially good for cleaning foundation/concealer brushes because it gets any oil or greasiness out too :)
