My natural lip color is pretty dark n rosy. I'm not a big fan of putting foundation on my lips if I'm going to wear a lighter color. Any other suggestions, lip primers to try?? A concealer maybe??

You could always find a lip liner thats close to the lipstick color and it'll help the color stay put :)

Sometimes I think the type of lipstick also comes to play. I really like the NUDE lip color, and bought some Revlon when it was on sale. Unfortunately, it was a MATTE nude, so it was very dry when I put it on. It really made my lips look really dry and like I haven't drank water in days. =\
However if a lipstick is a little creamier, it comes out a little better on my already rosey-ish lips
