Pick a brush, any brush!

So upon cleaning my vanity area today I realized how little I actually use some of them and was considering downsizing just for the sake of de-cluttering. And it make me wonder, if I had to choose 1, just 1, which would I pick.
I chose the LY34 just because I can use it for so many things and it blends so amazingly well!

Even if your not a traditional brush user, or if you use 10 different brushes everyday, if you had to pick one makeup brush to use every single day, which brush would you pick, and why?

Haha, the SF50 was actually my second choice, so I can totally see that = )

my fave is my MAC 109 brush. its a very small but dense brush. i love using it for contouring or just simply putting my blush on. i like to also blend out my bronzer with it too. i use it everyday :)

MAC 217, I LOVE IT.

Haha, I know! I debated on whether to even ask because I was afraid people would lose sleep over picking one. = p

I am going to be a hot mess everywhere else on my face but at least my eyes are going to be blended correctly ;)

= ) lol!! I doubt you would ever look like a hot mess! I think if I wore more makeup than the basic concealer, foundation and bronzer, I would probably lean towards a different brush, but thankfully my options are somewhat limited.

You're sweet Monique, so are you :)

Cameron, I want to try that brush you spoke of, it intrigues me :O
Where did you get it?!!? I've never heard of Louise Young until right now but when I googled the brush I found out I might need it ...lmao.

Lol! I ordered it online after watching a few reviews on youtube, and I had to have it! It's the most expensive brush I own, but I swear I will never purchase a different one. So I figured with the quality, the multiple purposes, and the result, I would end up saving money instead of trying/repurchasing countless other ones. I use MUFE F&B, and I do notice the brush absorbs more product than others, but that foundation always gets soaked up into my brushes, so idk.

My big fluffy kabuki - I can't STAND leaving the house without a good powder job. I can easily apply my foundation with my fingers - but I'd rather put on eyeshadow with Q-tips that apply powder with one of those pads compacts come in! :p

P.S - I googled that LY34, & I think I definitely need it now. XD

My MAC138 or my hakuhodo equivalent. I love tapered brushes, for both face and eyes. It contours, lays down blush in a few sweeps, applies all over powder... They lay down a wash of color, can pack color on with the tapered tip, blends all in one. Heck, I even have the MAC165, 226, LY38 and LY38a because I love them so much.

I have the LY34, and as much as I love the finish, it sucks up way too much product for me to use it everyday. Haven't mastered using it, or maybe I need to find a different type of foundation to use with it.

MAC 217 <3 It is a great brush! It is so versatile. It blends, packs on color, can apply highlight, apply shadow in the crease, and the outer v! I also use it to feather in colors from the outer v to make them look kinda smokey. :) I wouldn't mind owning more!

Ooh this is tough!! If I had to choose one brush, I'll go with the MAC 109. I can apply foundation, powder, blush. Heck, I'll even try to do my eyes with this brush if I have to! I'm sure it would work to sweep one color on the eyelids.
