Is that streak from your eyeliner? I have bad allergies too so I don't wear eyeliner on my lower lash line or water line...no matter what I do it smears, smudges and fades...major raccoon eyes. Concealer won't help if your one eye is tearing up...if it's something else...I'm not sure!!

Heather, have you tried visiting your dermatologist about it? You should try to seek expert help first before you try to cover it up. The cover-up you're using may be interacting with your skin and making it worse. Good luck Heather!

Allergy meds, and avoiding lining the under-eye area is a definite during allergy season. If you find your eyes tearing throughout the day, sniff a few times, and it'll suck it right back up into your eyes... also, a waterproof gel liner set w/ eyeshadow might help.
I apply makeup some days when my eyes are super itchy to avoid rubbing them... I won't touch my eyes if I know I'll mess up my makeup [so vain, I know... haha.] but on the days it's REALLY bad and I go w/o makeup, I'll rub my eyes and wish I could gouge out my eyes w/ a melon-baller... so I understand your pain w/ allergies!

If you guys are willing to try a natural alternative to treating allergies VS. taking oral medications that you build an immunity to or pumping nasal sprays up your nose full of steroids, try the Neti Pot:

It's really awkward, [and you should NEVER let anyone else see you do this!] but simple natural sea salts help dry out your allergies and reduce swollen sinus pressure. I use it after a steamy shower [when your nose is not as irritated from allergy symptoms] and I feel it really did a great job of alleviating the symptoms of itchy eyes, sinus pressure and a runny nose.
I love it so much during allergy season, I have the fancy blue designer ones from Whole Foods... Anyone that uses my bathroom thinks I'm a crazy lady that likes to decorate w/ tea pots...
Er, haha... "Don't judge me!" - hahaha...
I've let you in on my secret. More health than beauty... but it will help w/ allergy symptoms that are getting in the way of your beauty routine. It takes a while to adjust to finding the right position to get it to work, and it can be a bit uncomfortable, but once you get the hang of it, it's a lifesaver. Hope that hleps!

I have bad allergies too and also anaphalaxis to foods. My eyes are always watery, especially in the morning.I would go to an allergist first so he can put you on medicines, eye drops, nasal sprays and pills. Those all helped me so much! Also look at what kind of products you are using on your face. I noticed that I was actually allergic to my eye makeup remover because it had fruit extract in it. I would look at your face wash as well and read the ingredients. Anyway, good luck and hope that helped!
