I personally like lip powders sometimes because it gives my lipstick extra staying powder and the finish is very matte. i was wondering if many of you like them. If yes any fave brands??

I actually came across them by mistake! lol...I thought it was lip gloss but it was a lip powder. You can put it over lip gloss or lipstick to make it look matte and it bumps up staying power by like x5! The one i have is by Mark.

Kandee Johnson uses corresponding eyeshadow colors to set her lipsticks. Same concept.

Like Soma said, eyeshadow works as well! If I do not have a particular shade of lipstick that I want, but I do have the eyeshadow shade, I will just put plain lip gloss on and go over with the eyeshadow. It really works! (Just make sure you have a specific brush for it, so you don't ruin your good ones)

All true. Soma I did see Kandee's video, its works soo well. Mandy I have to try it out with the blush, I have some awesome blush colors that might be fun to play with. Arianna, true about the brush, thats why I like the lip powder because I don't have to worry about ruining a brush....it has its own applicator. :)
