Hello fellow beauties!
Whats a good face primer? One that isn't oily and will smooth out my pores. I'm recently using the l'oreal studio secrets magic perfecting base, but.was wondering if theres one better.
Whatis your advice/suggestions? :)

I switch between the Biotherm White D-tox correcting make-up base and the MUFE All Mat Primer. They both help my make-up stay fresh all day, stay matte, and help cover my pores but the Biotherm has an SPF of 30 so I usually use the MUFE if I think there'll be cameras out during the weekends. And you know there will be. There's always that one girl with her camera out so you can remember what went on the night before. I have a love-hate relationship with that girl.

Monistat chafing relief powder gel... it may sound funny to use on your face, but it has the same ingredients as most of the high-end brands BUT much cheaper. I think I paid $7 or $8 for mine at CVS. Here is a link to my blog... I did a review.

How do you like the Too Faced one so far, because I'd like to try that one, too.

If you have a problem with pores and oil production I would use something just over those areas that absorbs oil and smoothes the pores. Clinique do a great product called the pore minimizing instant perfector and Benefit does a product called Porefessional that is for that purpose.

Jamie d.- thanks ill check up on that product. I still just wanted to hear peoplesopinions on face primers

Today I used Vapour Organic's Stratus Skin Perfertor (don't know the exact name) stick. OMG love this stuff. Since I'm using mineral make up now, I notice when I look at myself through my camera phone my face is dead white compared to the rest of my body. Although I look completely fine when I check myself out in the restroom's mirror.

Anywho, it melts like butter. It's like a moisturizer, primer, and no color foundation all in one. LOVE LOVE LOVE it. Put that on today, then my MMU, and I didn't really need concealer. Plus, looking through my camera phone, my face matches the rest of my body. =)

I <3 my MUFE HD primer in green - it's like a photoshop tool for all of the redness I have on my skin. It's not super slippery, and the regular white formula is a great one as well!

I use and LOVE MUFE's green tinted primer. Soma's right, it really does help cancel all the red on my face out.
