Does anyone know any kind of tips or products where you can grow your hair thicker?

Massage your head and scalp regularly with heated coconut oil. It is one of the best methods to get thicker hair naturally.
Once you have applied the oil, wet a towel in hot water, squeeze off the excess water and wrap it around your hair.
You can also use olive oil, jojoba oil, virgin oil, etc.
Follow this procedure at least once a week :)

Thanks! I'm going to try it out! I've just had a recent head massage at a salon. It had been a few weeks & I havent notice any difference yet. Hopefully your hair routine will work.

I use the Nu Hair at Walgreens. I used all 3 steps, but have stopped step 2 cuz I felt it was stunting my hair growth...now it's growing bonkers fast..I use step 1 and the nutrients on the scalp..step 3. Love it. I also use Accelerate shampoo and treatment also found at Walgreens. Try it. :-) Best of luck! I've been using it for about 5 months..I'm going to use it indefinitely. Also I like the Nexxus Split End treatment stystem I found at Target. I do hot oil treatments too like the above suggestions at least once a week.

Mane n Tail actually has sodium laurel sulphate in it and will, in the long run, make your hair brittle.

Massage your head with organic virgin coconut oil because coconut oil can actually penetrate your hair and is super awesome for it. Oh and you might want to look into a biotin supplement.

Agreed with Sumaiya R. I was using at a time Thicker Fuller Hair Shampoo and Conditioner which have "Cell-U-Plex" I don't remember however if it was sulfate free. But this definitively worked on me as far as making it thick, however I also have split and dry ends which didn't help those issues. So I have to switch my hair routine back and forth.

I'm going to try the suggestions I see here each month to see which is helping. Starting with the coconut oil, i've heard many things in regards to hair & coconut oil.

I agree with the suggestions to scalp massages with coconut oil. I would also suggest using castor oil in your hair, but only a little and massaging that into your scalp. A little goes a long way with castor oil, so you only need a TINY amount.

@Samantha B: lol that wasn't my opinion. The sulfates drying out one's hair is a fact.

@Latia C: I'm scared to use castor oil on my hair! It's so thick, I feel like it will take me ages to wash it out. Do you mix it with any other oil?

@Sumaiya: You can mix it with another carrier oil like grapeseed oil or coconut oil if it's a little too thick for you. And I would suggest only using it like once a week and as a treatment before you wash your hair.

Prenatal Vitamins help out with growing thick and healthy hair. I also massage in Almond oil 1-2 a week, it helps keep your hair healthy and shiny (especially if you heat style it a lot).

@Ava O.: At some point, I wanted to take prenatal vitamins. And then I researched it and it turns out that prenatal vitamins have an excess amount of iron which can be fatal o.O I love long hair, but I love my life more... hahah
But some people swear by prenatal vitamins cause it works for them. However, I'm not willing to take a risk like that :/

@ Sumaiya: I think thats overly exaggerated! Prenatal vitamins have an excess amount of iron, but it isn't fatal. The vitamins I take recommend taking 3 a day with meals, I just have one a day for breakfast. The key is to drink a lot of water along with it (as you should anyway). Ive been taking them for a few months and I can say I'm rather healthy :)

@Ava: Hahah I guess health experts were annoyed at people abusing prenatal vitamins and decided to put the fear of god in everybody by mentioning death...
Anyhow, I'm taking multivitamins right now. I'll look into prenatal vitamins. I might even gain the courage to try them out...some day :P

I would say make sure you use products that don't break your hair. I have thick curly hair and I use Garnier. I even did a video on how I get my frizz free curls!
