Hey. I had undergone a follicular unit hair transplant procedure from a hair restoration centre in Toronto ( http://www.seagerhairtransplant.com/ ). Anyone here had undergone this procedure? Can someone please suggest some aftercare beauty products? Is it safe to shampoo my hair daily? Can I use hair serum? Is hot oil massage recommended? I was advised to stay away from hair coloring and styling at least for a few weeks. But can I use hair nourishing cream? Will it cause any side effects?

I would ask the person there at the center. I'm sure you can call, they must have lots of people have follow up questions several days later.
It seems like a really unique procedure so I'm not sure if lots of people have had it done.
I imagine it'd be safe to do any masks or oils, I would just keep it away from the scalp at first to avoid any unnecessary irritation. But it's supposed to grow, its just replaced your old hair follicles right? So I would assume they would have made sure it's human hair and that it's safe to use products on.
I would call and double check though. I think they would have explained what you shouldn't do for a while, like using hair dye, but I wouldn't take any chances and would talk to someone who works in it to make sure! Do you have any before/after pictures? That seems like a really awesome procedure. It's really intriguing!
