Another easy way to curl your hair is use the babyliss curl secret it's very expensive but it is amazing works really well! I can never curl my hair with any other curlers they just don't stay in but with curl secret they stayed in for nearly 2 days! Really easy to use the machine does nearly all the work you just put the machine thing on a bit if your hair then it sucks it in wait for 5 seconds and realise then you get perfect curls everytime! Just try not to put to much hair in at once or it will get tangled 😂😂

Wash your hair (like you would normally), let it airdry then when its damp put aussie sprunch mousse in, section your hair then braid. Leave in over-night then in the morning hairspray the braids, straighten them, then take out the braids and TADA! Cute hair :)

No heat, Conair medium spiral curlers. Use on damp hair. And the next day they become a beachy wave.

Use a curing wand. But since you have thick hair it's best to separate your bottom half and top half. Then split it down the middle. Then you start curling. That's what I do. Start from the bottom but pin your top half up.

I have the same kind of hair as you! To keep a curl I usually but gel in my hair when it's still wet and then once it dries hairspray it before and after the curl (I know it takes extra time but trust me! It works!) once I started doing this it didn't matter which curling iron/technique I used

I love curls

I love doing this with my hair! It's a NO HEAT curling technique that I LOVEEE! Here's a pic and a link: http://www.youtube.com/user/Makemeupology?feature=mhee#p/a/u/1/2hvmLrjR_Hg It gives a lot of volume if you do the twists and set them in buns on top of your head! I explain it all in the video and in the description. I also LOVE curling wands if you want to use heat! Soooo pretty!

A great way to add volume is by using a flat brush when you dry your hair. Put the brush in your hair at the roots and when you dry it, pull the brush away, rolling it slightly. When the hair heats up against the edge of the brush, it'll create a slight curl that'll give you volume. That's how it's done at salons. I might make a video demonstrating this because it's kind of hard to explain.
