Does anyone know how to make a japanese school girl look? please HELP me out :)

Not too much for makeup, that look relies heavily on the uniform... But if I went and did it, I would replicate Fook-Mi and Fook-Yoo's from the movie Austen Powers. Girlie, minimal and fresh... Cat-eye liner... Pinkie blush:
