I want to start a blog but having trouble coming up with a name. It's gonna be about everything beauty related. So have any suggestions let me know please:)

There are several ways you can approach a name:
You can do a self-titled one with your user name... or a generic "Makeup By _____" blog. It's a safe way to approach it, since people will get the point as to what it is about right when reading it.
You can also do a phrase, but if it gets too long and complicated, it might be hard to remember or say for many of your readers.
There's always the fun and creative ones though - which helps in giving you some character. My favorite blog name I came across was called, "Lipstick and Lightsabers" - by a girl that was a gamer/makeup enthusiast. It was very cute.
I just started my blog and registered my domain: www.kabukivoodoo.com - it's just a small play on words since the kabuki brush is a definite staple in a makeup kit [it's also a Japanese style of theater], and makeup used to be a private ritual when one got ready [it's also kinda' "magical" how one can transform themselves w/ it!]. That, and it just was fun to say... =)

What I did with mine and what I think is kinda cute is take something common like "everyday beauty" or " beauty blog" and translate it into latin or spanish or a fun language!

You may want to come up with a few.. and then scout around your favourite networking sites & Google to make sure that someone else hasn't taken it.

Alison - I did that w/ my first blog... "Belle-melange" = "A beautiful Mess" in French. Sad thing was, there were so many already, it was hard to stand out, so I had to change.
Shalynn - regardless of what you pick, save the blog name anyways, and run with it to see whether you like it or not. That's why I like blogger: you can have multiple blog handles. Idk how it is for wordpress or any others, but blogger has been the easiest for me to get a hold of. =)

I too would like to start a blog about not only make up but also food and new recipes I'm trying out. I was thinking about naming my blog beautyandthefoodie but someone already has a blog named beautyandthefeast, and I think they would be too similar to each other. Any other ideas or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
