I'm thinking abt cutting my hair really short but scared because I dont know how i would look. I want a more older I get i look 12 or 14 all the time I want a complete makeover starting with hair then working on wardrobe...Ill Post a pic and tell me wat you think

That's really cute! You should do it! I also really like short bobs (like Jaaackjack's if you watch her on YT). And I agree, shorter haircuts make people look so much more mature!

I think you should go for it! I cut my hair all off too last summer. I loved it for a looong time. It was so easy to take care of and it really gives you an edgy look. I think it'd compliment your face very well. Plus if all else fails and you completely hate it there's always weaves and hair extensions right lol?

I think the short hair would suit you, so if it's something you want to do go for it! Everyone needs a change in style every once in a while! :D

I hope this doesn't offend anybody, but I LOVE the way short choppy looks look like on African American girls. It looks so sexy, so mature & makes you look so independent!
If you do it, post a pic, I'd be interested in seeing what it'd look like. :D
Plus, it's summer - I bet it'd be EXTREMELY comjftirable!

Go for it! It wouldn't hurt to give it a try and your hair will grow out anyway if you decide not to keep it at that length :)

do it do it do it!!! i've been wanting to cut my hair super short like this forever but i am sooooooo scared to do it. :( hahha when i get enough courage one day maybe i can convince myself to do it. i think you would look awesome with short hair!

I know exactly what you're going through because I did this about 2 years ago and I have no regrets. In fact, I just posted an article here about extensions (which is what I chose to cope with trying to grow my hair out after cutting it very short). I realized after having the extensions in that I enjoy having short hair so much more. You really can't say how you're going to feel about something until you try it. I do suggest though that if you have somewhere near you, to try on a short wig just to see how you feel. I think you should definitely dye it and cut it off but you're talking to someone who's chopped her left side of her head very short and dyed sections pink haha.
