I use the Revlon Foundation Brush and I really like it. I forget how much it costs, but it's very inexpensive.

I use ecotools foundation brush or revlon foundation brush but if your willing to go over $15 I would get sonia kashuk flat top foundation brush for around $18

I've recently tried out Studio Tools (Target's own line) flat foundation brush (around $7), and I really like it. It has a large paddle, so it covers more of your face at once.

whoa, thanks guys! i've tried the elf flat top brush for foundation, but it left me super streaky. i've heard a lot of good things about the essence of beauty foundation brush, but i'm looking at the sonia kashuk with intrigue! i always forget target has their own little brand of brushes! (i LOVE their e/s crease brush)

Real Techniques from Pixiwoo has really decent duofiber brushes. I prefser my other brushes, but for the price point and quality, it's the best I've tried.

The only thing I don't like about the Sonia Kashuk flat top brush is that it's a pain to clean and dry.  =(

I agree the SK flat top brush is a pain to dry. My brush is still damp the morning after I washed my brush the evening before. I use it for mineral make up, and it seems to do the job well. I tend stipple ffirst, then buff.

I really want to try Ecotools.

Oh and something about SKs versi

Too add (it's hard to edit on my iPhone)... Her version of the Beauty Blender, is her sponge doesn't "expand" and it's a bit hard for a sponge. If you're
planning on getting the sponge... Save a few more dollars to get the actual BB or just buy those disposable triangle sponges (wet them, and stipple away... watch Mandy K. foundation routine to see what I mean about the triangle sponges

i've always wanted to try the beauty blender sponge thing! i think i'll take your advice & shell out a few more bucks for the real thing! i had forgot pixiwoo had a line of makeup brushes & no clue i could find them at ulta. i have a feeling i have a shopping trip in my future!

Def. try the Real Techniques brushes over the ELF brushes. I have the 187 dupe from ELF, and to be honest, it's so flimsy and anything BUT dense! I hate it... with a burning heart of passion. =/

The Real Techniques brush, although not the best, I think stands up FAR better than the SK flat top brush [too dense, hard to clean, brushes too stiff and can cause microexfoliation easier w/ buffing motions] and the ELF stippling brush [MAC 187 dupe, but far from. Too flimsy, not dense at all, you're better off applying foundation with your own lock of hair!]

The Real Techniques brush is actually pretty well made, I wish it could live up to my Sigma F80, but it doesn't. However, it does do a great job of standing in for it when I am too lazy to wash it. =)

Ecotools bronzing brush is a great liquid foundation brush as well... BUT it is a pain to wash and clean. Be prepared to spend on some backups to put into rotation, but w/ purchasing 2-3 of the same brushes, might as well spend the money on one GOOD brush.

yes, i have the elf stippling brushes & i hate them for foundation. so i use them for my blush! (: i think i'm going to try the RT brush. i saw that ulta has the core collection pack for $15.99. for 4 full sized brushes for $16...um hell yeah?
between what you've said & the quality i expect from pixiwoo (or whichever one is backing it), i know it'll be at least a decent purchase! plus ulta always has coupons :P (hello, my name is ashley & i'm a complete cheap ass)

E.L.F studio flat top
I know some walmarts are starting to sell E.L.F also target has E.L.F
I love this brush for foundation but if you have dry skin I recommend you stipple it on or buy the small stippling brush from E.L.F studio line

The small and the regular stippling brush are different the small one is more dense and I don't like the regular one
