Woah! I'm just catching up from yesterday! I'll have to go on FB to Like the page! Some things to think about when establishing rules: Timing of shipping. Who is going to ship first? Or do both parties ship at the same time? Is this more a swapping thing or is money going to be exchanged? If money is being exchanged, perhaps PayPal could be the service everyone uses. I believe purchases are protected when using Paypal. That may give some people peace of mind.

One of the things that is KEY in making this work is Communication. I swap on MakeupAlley and I can't tell you how many times a swap request comes in; I start talking to the person and then they just completely fall off the face of the earth. It's really annoying.
