And I think you shouldn't look like you're trying too hard, but you also shouldn't appear to be not interested.

Try natural looking makeup with liquid/gel liner and nice mascara. On the lower lash line, blend out a nice brown.

As for outfit wise: I think a nice floral shirt with dark jeans and brown shoes would look pretty. For hair, I think you should straighten it/curl it in nice waves.

I would say keep your makeup natural. Wear a glowy, dewy foundation. For eyes maybe a winged eyeliner, and a brown color in your crease to define it. For lips, wear a nude pink gloss. For hair do some loose waves. For your outfit wear something cute and girly. Like a floral dress or skirt. Have fun. :)
