Is it any good? I have the Fresh sugar scrub from sephora that I really like but I'm looking to try something new. What do you think about the Victoria's Secret scrub?

It's great. VS scrub moisturizers and exfoliates at the same time.

I love it, but you should totally consider making your own lip scrub! Super simple DIY and so much cheaper.
