I don't believe there's an age restriction. I started wearing make-up when I was 13 , it was just eyeliner & mascara , but it was the start of my love for make-up! :)

I started wearing makeup when I was 11 just lip gloss and glitter and when I was 12 added mascara and what ever else I could when my mom wasn't watching lol
