Lush products. 'Putty hands' scrub and 'tiny hands' moisturizer, I definitely recommend them! Plus they smell great! :)

I exfoliate my hands with sugar and some olive oil and it works just fine after using a regular hand soap to get greasy residue off, but some good, abrasive hand scrubs are available out there. Then I use whatever Burts Bees lotion I have at the moment and use their Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream on my cuticles and all my dry patches (also use this in my elbows and knees and I love it!). I do the scrub once or twice a week and apply the lotion and cuticle cream religiously before bed (:
