It's not really a recipe but something's that work well together are: brown sugar, white sugar, olive oil and honey.

Mix together: vaseline, honey, cinnemon & sugar.
The vaseline makes your lips incredibly soft and the sugar really helps to exfoliate the skin.

You can get yoursekf the lush strawberry kip scrub. Just take some vaseline, sugar strawberry favored drops and pink color without chemicals...just for the feeling ;)

Vaseline, honey, and brown sugar.
Vaseline protects, while honey soothes, and the sugar is big enough to scrub and won't dissolve.

My personal favorite is RAW, ORGANIC honey mixed with olive oil and some sugar! You can substitute the olive oil for coconut oil or use both! I suppose you can use regular honey but always get the best results using raw and organic honey. Rub it on your lips and leave it for like 3 minutes and your lips will be soft and plump (: I know lush does some, but if you are in a hurry or looking for something dyi, this is good and effective!
