My eyeliner and waterproof mascara (!!?) always smudge so badly because I have oily eyelids. it looks awful... how can I prevent this?

Elf's primer is pretty good too. Also, maybe you're not using a good eyeliner for you.

It's worth the money! You should go to sephora and find a good one :) I like the urban decay one personally.

Hey I agree with everyone else,use a primer...also Idk what kind of liner you're using but I tend to think gel liner stays put best...also it helps to set your liner with an eye shadow :) it really helps...good luck hun.

Set your eyeliner with a black eyeshadow and press it to make your liner stay. When applying your mascara star from the root of your lashes and wiggle up 3/4 of the lashes don't apply to the tip I the lashes. Try them out and let me know if it works.
