I know it's a really dull topic that I should know already, but does anyone know how to put it on properly? I always end up getting it everywhere and having my face look icky.

Pull your eyelids tight then apply or apply it in small strokes :)

Make small lines and than connect them,you can use tape for smoother line.

Don't pull your eyeliner too hard, to much, your actually not supposed to at all it causes wrinkles faster.

Another thing that really helps is using a good eyeliner brush. Often the brushes that come with eyeliners are not up to much and using a decent brush will really help its application.

Oh and don't worry nobody can apply it properly to start with it just needs practise.

Liquid? Make sure you lay it horizontally resting on your eyelashes and glide it along in short strokes make sure you don't use the tip xx
