Covergirl instant cheekbones. Forget what its called but 3 different shades come in it. I always get compliments on it! I'm fair skinned too :)

I just got teh nyx cream blush (by accident haha) but its really good. It blends well and I have super pale skin and it looks fine.

Wet n Wild<3 they're crazy pigmented. the shade Pearlescent Pink would suit you so well!

I have a MAC pallet and for the life me cannot remember the name, but the colors in it are gorgeous. It ranges from super bright pink to deep orange. And seeing as you're pale, paler colors will work on you best, though, I did see a girl with super super poreceline skin the other day with a bright pink blush and it worked really well on her. So, I guess expermentation is your best bet :)
