I would try talking to a dermatologist if you think your skin will absolutely not react well with treatments.

Hmm :) I would reccomend going to the dermatologist if possible. until then use a face wash with salicylic acid in it twice a day. don't touch your face too much. wash your pillow cases regularlary. if you were face make up make sure its oil free :)

I also had very bad skin when I was younger. I went to a dermatologist and went on Roaccutane. It's a very harsh drug though, so you definitely need to hear what a dermatologist has to say and TAKE THEIR ADVICE! Roaccutane works, but it dries out your skin like mad. There are much less harsh drugs out there that target acne. Good luck!

Go to the dermatologist. They will give you a pill that you have to take everyday and your acne will go away slowly. Also, do you use foundation? It clogs your pores. I have 100% perfect skin, and I have never used foundation in my life. My friends do, and they have zits galore. Stop using foundation if you do, because that's a cause for zits. Also, try this stuff from Clinique. There's no specific name, but it works really really good. It's 3 things. A moisturizer that you put on last, a face soap, and another thing, I don't know how to describe it. And total it costs about $50 at Macy's or online. Wayyyyyyyyy cheaper then going to a dermatologist.
