I don't know if it really affects them back to back. but for best results I'd say swap days. if you do soy on Monday do a clay one Tuesday kind of thing. (:

You should really only use a mask once a week, and then I don't think it really matters what you use. It depends on what you want it for. If your skin is dry, use a moisturizing mask. If your skin is spotty, use an exfoliating mask.

Nooo! only do one, once a week so you don't mess with your skins natural balance too much.

If you want a mask don't get a mud mask because you can get a re face so get the masks that are the peal of ones or a fruit one c.
