I wouldn't exfoliate if it's still a little painful. Definitely keep your skin moisturized! Apply lots of Aloe!

It takes forever! I gut really bad sunburn at christmas and tan lines are still there ): I havnt been in the sun since really but I agree with exfoliating and moisturising.

Um put aloe Vera gel in a Ice cube tray and than in the freezer it works its amazing

Don't exfoliate your skin until the sunburn is healed!! burns need to be hydrated to stop them from drying peeling and becomming itchy. just keep applying after sun lotion or any lotion will do aloe is the best though x

Take a bath in vinegar. It sounds disgusting and you'll want to take a shower afterwards but itll help take the sting out. Other than that just keep it really moisturized with lotion or aloe! I get sunburnt through the windshield of my car and know how painful they can be. Hope this helped!

Use aloe. I use it all the time when I get sunburned. It takes it away in about a week. And it leaves you with a really nice tan, and it helps your tan stay longer.
