Fake scars that last long?

So my friends and I are doing a zombie walk, and I know How to do rotting flesh, but what about scars? Not like over the top, but like, super duper faded, and bumpy? I want to add texture to the look, and besides all the dramatic, I want my arms and legs to FEEL scarred. I also need it to last, like LONG. Like if someone where to grab a pen and write all over my scars they wouldn't peel, or like if someone wetted them, or grabbed my arm. Is there such a product? And how much is it?? Please help, I wanna be a realistic zombie!!
