Get them waxed. shaving tends to do that. I used to shave them but my arm hair barely shows.

That's normal ahaha, just shave them every time you see the stubble of the hair!

Keep shaving it, then put lotion. I shave my arms every time I take a shower, then put lotion right after.

If you shave them, thats going ti happen. as they grow longer they won't be scratchy but if you don't want the hair you'll either have to consistently shave them or wax them.

You can also use nair or other lotions of that sort if the hair grows back it is much thinner or at least from my experience with it

Waxing will be a great solution. The hair shouldn't come back for a few weeks and will grow in finer. Shaving cuts through the hair, making the hair appear darker and thicker rather than if the hair were to grow in completely new.

Wax them then just don't shave then again.

Wax wax wax :)
they would feel scratchy for a day or two then they would lengthen up, I suggest waxing, that is painful when you do it, but whole month you get the smooth feel

Use a cream for after shave to soothe and shave every now and then and spray a special liquid thats kinda like alcohol right after.

Is it an American thing? I've never heard of people shaving their arms.

That is not true. I have been shaving my arms for about 3 years. the hair gets thinner over time. I only have to save about once every two or three weeks now, if that, compared to what I had to before, which was like once ever few days. you can shave them, or you can just let them grow back out. it will return to looking like it did before in a few weeks and no one will ever know! if you like them smooth, shave, but let it grow mostly back before you do it again. that's how I got the best results. make sure to moisturize too! that will help a lot!

Why do people shave their arms?? It's unheard of in New Zealand.

I shaved my arms once and let it grow back in... if you leave it it will be fine like before after a week or two, as I was not ready to take shaving as a chore, and waxing sounds like it really hurts... shaving doesn't making the stuff grow thicker, but straighter and also in a more even pattern.

If you don't have sensitive skin try a hair removal cream, they are really gud!!

Wax. If you shave, each time the hair will grow back thicker and longer than before.

Agree with Zoe.O, why are you shaving your arms anyway?! I'm from England and wondering why the hell you would do that?

It isn't an American thing, that's completely unheard of where I live and where I grew up. :P

Personally I don't wax because its smooth for a while but you have to wait for it to grow back out long enough to wax again. Just shave everyday, it's not like your legs that take time and effort it's like three swipes. To get the closets shave though glide the razor in a 't' pattern (up and down AND side to side) arm pit hair is weird and grows in crazy directions

Wow I thought you said arm pits. Yea wax your forearms shaving is annoying I did it a couple times but it's smooth for a day and then it's prickly and you won't want to rub up next to someone lol. Just wax, at least then when it starts to grow it will be softer. I have very thick hair so mine always grew back worse with shaving and removal creams could never get it all and I'd end up shaving the stragglers anyway.
