What exfoliation product do you use and how often? Right after you wash your face apply the moisturizer while your skin is still wet. I would also talk to someone who works in a skin care place around you so they can see your skin in person. If its only around your nose you're dehydrated not dry. So instead of getting a moisturizer for dry skin try one for dehydration and try a mask, it should help with the dryness you feel. I know it worked for me. Hope it helps.

Try using Vaseline! It worked wonders for me, I had really dry skin during the winter to the point where almost all areas of my face where covered with white flakey patches. My pharmacist recommended Vaseline and it worked wonders! It's also good for growing long thick eyelashes and doesn't clog your pores.
