I've been using a scrub with salycilic acid during shower. 3times a week, it's supposed to help get rid of the symptoms.
what I do is after I showered I use the st ives antiblemish scrub (2% sal acid. clean and clear is also good) on my body parts with "chicken skin". after 5 to 10 min I rinse off. I pat dry (not rub) with a cloth and then I put a rich moisturizer on my body while still damp. that part is so important since salycilic acid can be pretty drying. I've been doing that for two weeks and I think it's got much much better!

The thing is though all treatments are for the symptoms. there is no "cure" since it's simply the way your body is.
