I have these little bumps on my nose and some on my forehead. They're not red or anything they are the same colour as my skin. I don't what they are. Anybody have tips and how to get rid of them.

Might be oil build up? If thats the case, you could try facial masks. Wash your face with luke warm water with an acne solutiom, rinse, then apply a facial mask that helps dry out any excess oils and dirt in your face, rinse & then apply your daily facial cream. 👌

I don't think so they never turn white or seem to really break the skin.

I had those, and it is from oil. When it happened to me it was because of a new foundation :( so I just didn't wear heavy make up for a few days and used an oil absorbing face mask
