I read something that if the makeup is done "cleanly" it means you mean business depending on what type of job you have.

Keep it natural. Soft neutrals, no bright colors or bold shapes. You want to appear fresh faced and a bit like a blank canvas. Bold makeup can be a distraction, and can also make a bad impression if the interviewer is conservative. The "no makeup" look is safe and professional. Good luck!

Try to use as little as possible don't wear to much and make it look freash.

You probably want to do a more natural look like a tinted BB creme and some matte powder with a eyeshadow that is closest to your skin tone, some light mascara, and tinted lip balm..
