I usually use shu uemura cleansing oil to remove makeup n it goes to eye makeup as well. Oil is the best. If u still want eye makeup remover than its Kanebo, Shiseido, Lancôme

The best one that I have found to date is the Sonia Kashuk eye makeup remover. I've tried and also like the Neutrogena Oil Free eye makeup remover before as well and I will use it if I don't have the SK on hand. Both work pretty well but I'd recommend the SK over the Neutrogena. Its 10$ at Target and I personally think its worth it because it actually works and doesn't leave the build up that the Neutrogena can leave behind.

I always find myself coming back to Neutrogena's oil free makeup remover. I've used so many different ones but Neutrogena's is the best!

I used to really like the gentle eye makeup remover from Rimmel but I stopped using it. I really enjoy the Sonia Kashuk eye makeup remover. It's around 9.99$ USD but you get quite a bit of product and it actually works.

Try Johnson's Baby Oil, let it sit for around 30 seconds, and then use Neutrogena's Oil Free Eye Make-up Remover ! Awesome ❤

I just discovered Mary Kay's eye makeup remover. It is amazing! It's not oily and it takes of everything with no effort. I wear this gel mascara that gets goopy and leaves smudges under my eyes and its hard to get off. The MK remover is the only thing that gets it off with one cotton pad. Try it, you wont be dissappointed!

Baby oil! Super cheap and takes everything off. You need an oil based remover if you wear anything waterproof and you dont want to kill your eyes. Oil breaks down the waterproof aspect of the product. Thats why so many eye makeup removers are oil based(:

As an esthetician I would say to never use any OILS on the eye area for it is the most sensitive skin on the body, oils in the eye also promotes premature cataracts. I agree with Candi and i love to use Make up forever Sensitive eyes :)
