I usually just make a cup of chamomile tea and mix it with 1 1/2 - 2 cups of lemon juice and after I'm done shampooing and conditioning, I pour it over my hair in the shower, massage it in and let it soak for 5 minutes then rinse it a little bit and blow dry my hair :)

Don't use bleach and don't use any John freida products. Bleach is hairs worst enemy and John Freida's products contain loads of bad ingredients that will weaken your hair. Lemon juice is the only way to naturally lighten your hair but it won't work unless you sit out in the sun.
