However you normally do, and however you feel prettiest! I wouldn't go for a dewy look or shimmery eye shadows, because the flash will reflect off of them. And hair down, the way it is in the picture you posted. Just for the record, I have yet to see anyone's college ID (including mine) that looks both good and like them. Usually it's either/or. Mine looks fine, but not like me, and my best friends picture makes her look really bad. So really just do whatever you normally do, you'll look fine :) besides no one ever sees your ID really. Good luck at school :)

At my university, we had to pull our hair off of our face and behind our ears, just like driver's license photos. They might make you do that too; something to keep in mind.

Avoid bright colors. Stick to neutral brown or beige eyeshadows. Bright colors won't show up well.

I say like you normally look
It's a school ID no one really sees it that much
