my lashes look full but not long enough! help

To build length I just keep working my brush, the side to side wiggle builds thickness, but sweeping root to tip will lengthen. A definition friendly brush helps, usually one that is lower profile, stiffer and really anything more like a comb than a brush. Some mascaras even have combs. My favorite right now is the new Urban Decay Big Fatty which is very similar to Benefit's They're Real, though I feel the UD is kinder to the lash hair. Also if you're getting clumps try wiping off excess product from the brush before you apply. Literally I wiggle the brush into the roots and sweep up the lashes like 10 times to get length and separation. I've also had goo dluck with the classic Maybelline Great Lash and have always loved Maybelline XXL with the primer, with which many have asked me if my lashes are false when I'm wearing that.
