Small Red Bumps: What Are They?

I have got 2 small red bumps on my face since yesterday. They won't grow but eventually turn brown/black and leave a small mark.
what are they? I must mention I got Maybelline bb cream day before and used it 4 times since then.Is it due to the cream?
I follow the regular CTM routine.

Also, my periods are due next week.So is it hormonal imbalance?
